Prior to signing with Tim Rohan, I had signed agreements with two other agencies. One of them used two agents as a team. I got no results with either of the two agencies or three agents. When I contacted Tim, he gave me the same promises that the other agents did. The difference was that Tim did exactly what he said he would do. He made suggestions, kept in contact, and gave regular status reports and updates. I got none of this from the other agents. With them, my house was on the market for almost two years.
